This has been a strange year. I’ve been quiet in communication because I’ve been working on a graphic novel that has taken longer than expected. I meant to wrap it up. It’s not mythology and being done with another group who contracted. But in the evenings I still wanted to draw mythology. So I just kept drawing cards and playtesting a game with my kids. This Greek mythology game is now live on Kickstarter.

I’m extremely proud of it. Making a game like this was a bucket list item I didn’t think I’d get to until much further down the road. I planned to do a standard deck of cards, but that evolved into an original strategy/battle game with 84 cards, 56 of which are completely unique character designs.
I also was so compelled that this was a good idea that I wanted to shorten the time between campaign and shipping. So I invested my illustration earnings and ordered everything upfront. Everything should be ready to go out at the end of the campaign in mid-November.
But I won’t wax on here. You can read all about over on the Kickstarter campaign page.
Blessings to all. It’s a good life.
